All works well ..... With the exception of the Bi-weekly option is not truly Bi-weekly it is in fact Bi-monthly which is different. Bi-monthly is 24 payments per year Bi-weekly is 26 payments a year i.e. One extra monthly payment per year thus reducing the length of the loan.
