The finance manager cringed when I pulled out this app when buying a new car. I had already negotiated a price over $2,000 below INVOICE. Im sure they thought they could make it up in financing. But this app was a great help.

I would have given 5 stars + but since I am using French Canadian version of ios only the comma (,) is showing. To get an accurate calculation the choice of period (.) is missing. Please update that. Thanks.

Very accurate schedule table. Also flexible on payment frequency. So far the best one I used.

I was looking for a loan calculator that I could create an amortization schedule with and this app lets me do that. My wish list would be to be able to save the data to other apps or print. Also, Id love to be able to is to work a loan backwards; start with a payment, principal, interest rate and compute a term.

I like how easy it is to use, except for the fact that when you save a loan, there isnt a space to give the loan a title or name..... If there is, I cant find it.....

I needed a simple loan calculator and found this one. All you need is to enter the loan amount, the interest rate and the term (number of years the loan is for), you get a screen full of pertinent information such as the loan payment and the total interest you would end up paying. Simple and easy to use. Well done!

I like this app very much. It is to use and by far the best loan calculation app Ive used. The only negative I can see is that you cant give the saved loans a title or name. This would be very useful since I do a lot of "what if" scenarios. If it had that feature I would have given it a five star rating!

It appears to be extremely flexible and powerful

Not bad. Very useful. I wish that input fields had a small "x" on the right side of the field to "clear" the field. I wish that tapping the "return" key on the keyboard would move the cursor to the next field.

This works very well. The only improvements I would recommend are being able to name saved files and adding the ability to email the payment schedule.

I work in lending in a bank and this is the most useful app I have on my iPhone and iPad. I have people call me at home constantly asking for payment quotes and this app is dead on.

I just downloaded this application and found it just what I needed; easy to use, with versatility and detailed enough to cover all situations I needed.

Its almost perfect, it needs two things 1). A way to email your finish work. 2). Down payment area, and then it will beat out the rest. Unfortunately I still have to combine two to make things happen. Thanks good app.

First of all why cant I send the developer a comment directly. Guess I will leave it in an online review... Your app is limited because I cant precisely break down my mortgage/loan payments more accurately. For instance... I plan to adjust my payments as money comes available to "snowball" my debt payoff. Your app only allows the add additional funds or a one time payment. Also give me the ability to figure out if my underwater home could ever break even by allowing me to introduce payoff strategies and link additional loans/liens to a mortgage. Also dont hide the date field under settings (aggravating finding the wrong start date on loans) and give me more options for describing saved calculations.

Does its job perfectly, and allows you to save multiple scenarios and loans along the way. Exactly what I needed.
